Also other nuts / seeds can be added if someone likes.

1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough.

2. Put it into a bowl and put it to a warm place (can be oven with the light turned on), leave for 2-4h

3. Warm up the oven to 230C (450F), and warm up a bread baking pot (e.g. Emile Henry)

4. Bake with the lid on for 35 min, take the lid off, bake for 12 more minutes
